You can then add optional sections: ceremony details or signature drinks, a menu, a guest map or a story about your venue, a remembrance note, a pet spotlight, weekend guide or your story in numbers, and a QR code for your photo album or gift registry. Sections that share a space are offered as a choice, and every optional section can be skipped.

The layout adjusts around your choices. Skip the menu or the ceremony and drinks column, and the other practical details get more room. Skip the guest map or venue story, and the wedding party gets more space. Skip the pet spotlight, weekend guide or numbers, and the couple quiz grows. The masthead, fonts, colours, page grid and section positions are designed for you, so every page stays balanced; freeform restyling isn’t available.

$12.99 USD is the one-time price for one personalised newspaper, including applicable sales tax. The final total is shown before payment. Your ZIP includes five newspaper PDFs: a reading edition, fold-and-print editions for A3 and 11 × 17 in paper, and separate Tabloid editions for Newspaper Club and PRINTNEWSPAPER. These are five formats of the same newspaper. The ZIP also includes a PDF guide explaining each file, with your permanent online reading link and QR code, plus a separate QR image. The online edition has no subscription or scheduled expiry. Printing instructions are included in the guide and available on our website; physical printing and delivery are not included.

Yes. Your purchase includes a watermark-free reading link with no scheduled expiry. Guests can turn the pages on a phone, tablet or computer without an account. Your final ZIP includes a PDF guide with that link and a separate QR image; scanning the QR opens the same online newspaper. While editing, your online newspaper updates with your saved changes, and you can scan its QR code on your phone. Free online previews are watermark-free and last 7 calendar days from your last edit, including that day; viewing the link does not extend the preview. Payment removes the scheduled expiry. You control sharing and can close the link at any time.

Yes. Payment doesn’t lock your newspaper: keep editing until you confirm the final version. Confirming locks that version for good, and you can download the same files again from your account whenever you need them.

The digital PDF is for reading and keeping, and its pages can be printed directly on A4 or Letter or arranged as a booklet with print software. The ready-arranged A3 and 11 × 17 in fold-and-print PDFs work at a local print shop or on a home printer that accepts the matching sheet size. For real newsprint, use the separate file for Newspaper Club or PRINTNEWSPAPER. Follow the instructions for your chosen format and check a printed proof before ordering all your copies.
