Digital product policy

A fair refund policy.

You can build, edit and review all four pages before paying. Because the final package is a personalised digital product delivered immediately, purchases are ordinarily final once the files have been successfully generated or downloaded.

If something goes wrong

If a technical problem prevents us from generating the promised files, contact us within 14 days. We will first try to regenerate or repair the package. If we cannot deliver a usable export, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

What is not covered

Refunds are not normally available for spelling, date, venue, image-quality, or content choices that were visible in the preview and confirmed during print check; print-shop pricing or colour variation; or a change of mind after download.

Email support@vowandpress.com with the delivery email and a brief description of the issue. Do not send payment card details.
