Terms of use.

Vowfold provides a guided tool for creating a four-page wedding newspaper. You retain ownership of the words and photos you submit and grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for having permission to use submitted photos and for reviewing names, dates, venue details, links, and generated copy before export. Writing suggestions may contain errors and are never a substitute for your final review.

The product

Your one-time purchase includes one ZIP containing a four-page reading PDF, a two-page fold-and-print PDF, and a four-page Newspaper Club Digital Tabloid PDF. Printing instructions are available online, with ongoing access to your purchased files through your account. The service does not include printing, shipping, subscriptions or bespoke design services.

Reviewing and finalizing your edition

Payment does not lock your newspaper. You can continue editing until you explicitly confirm your final version. Confirmation permanently locks that version’s content and layout; subsequent downloads contain that same version. Check all pages, names, dates, photos and links before confirming. You may copy a final edition into a new draft, but downloading the new version requires a separate purchase.

Printer requirements

Print specifications vary by provider. The home-print edition contains two A3 landscape sides arranged as outside 4 | 1 and inside 2 | 3. The Newspaper Club edition contains four CMYK pages at 289 × 380 mm with 15 mm safe margins, matching its published Digital Tabloid artwork guide at the time of export. Newspaper Club is an independent service and may change its checks; review its upload report and approve a physical proof before ordering. Other specialist services may require a different file. You are responsible for confirming final requirements with your chosen printer.

Acceptable use

Do not upload malicious files, unlawful material, or content that violates another person’s rights. We may block abusive requests or attempts to bypass payment and download controls.

Availability

Purchased files have no scheduled expiry in your account. We still recommend keeping a local copy because no online service can promise operation forever. Sign in to your account to download your files.
